QUANTITY SURVEYOR
We are seeking to hire suitable qualified experienced professionals to join our Road Construction Project Team;
Job responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage project cost estimates, budgets, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
- Measure and value completed works for interim and final payment certificates.
- Monitor project costs and provide regular cost reports and forecasts.
- Review and assess variations, claims, and additional works.
- Verify contractor valuations, invoices, and supporting documentation.
- Assist with tendering, procurement, and evaluation of contractor quotations.
- Maintain accurate records of quantities, costs, contracts, and project expenditure.
- Monitor expenditure against the approved project budget and identify cost risks.
- Support contract administration and resolution of commercial matters.
- Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, project specifications, and relevant industry standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building Science or Civil/Highway Engineering
