The Events Centre is looking for a passionate, dedicated and hardworking Bartender (Bar Man) to join its team.
⭐ MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 2 YEARS & ABOVE
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, mocktails and beverages.
- Demonstrate knowledge of wines, spirits, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
- Create own beverage special menus and signature drinks.
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar and ensure proper stock rotation.
- Engage with guests and provide excellent customer service.
- Manage bar inventory and report shortages promptly.
- Ensure compliance with applicable safety and licensing regulations.
REQUIREMENTS
- 2 years or more experience in bar service or mixology.
- Knowledge of cocktails, mocktails, wines, spirits and other alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Strong guest service and communication skills.
- Ability to manage bar stock and maintain proper stock rotation.
- Ability to work in a demanding hospitality environment.
