ABOUT THE ROLE
The Senior Customs & Logistics Officer will be responsible for managing customs clearance operations, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and delivering efficient logistics solutions to clients.

REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in customs clearing, freight forwarding or logistics operations.
- Strong hands-on experience with ASYCUDAWorld (mandatory).
- In-depth knowledge of Zambian customs regulations, HS classification, valuation, duties & taxes, and transit procedures.
- Degree/Diploma in Customs Clearing & Forwarding, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade or related field.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
- High level of integrity and ability to work under pressure.
