POLICY SERVICES SUPERVISOR

Are you an experienced and hardworking individual with a passion for the insurance industry? FSG Zambia Limited is looking for a Policy Services Supervisor to join the FSG Team.

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES

Effective communication at all levels.
Highly assertive.
Honest and trustworthy.
Pro-active and innovative.
Ability to make good and timely business decisions.
Results-oriented.
Computer literacy, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
Strong attention to detail.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

Full Grade 12 Certificate.
Holder of a Green National Registration Card (NRC).
Degree in Insurance or any business-related field.
2–3 years' experience in insurance operations, policy administration, customer service, claims administration, underwriting, or a related field.
Driver's Licence is an added advantage.
