This is a commission-only position, ideal for an ambitious individual who is confident, self-driven and able to close deals.
ABOUT THE ROLE
MCP SECURITY is looking for self-driven, confident and goal-oriented Sales and Marketing Agents to help grow its security services business across Lusaka.
The successful candidates will be responsible for generating new business, developing customer relationships and promoting MCP SECURITY services to prospective clients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Market and promote MCP SECURITY services
- Find new clients and generate leads
- Conduct site visits and client follow-ups
- Prepare marketing reports
- Build and maintain customer relationships
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma in Marketing or any business-related field
- Experience in marketing or sales; security industry experience is an advantage
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Confident, presentable and proactive
- Able to work with targets and minimal supervision
- Must be based in Lusaka
