Location: Solwezi, Zambia

Positions: 3

Broadleaf Credit is looking for motivated and results-oriented individuals to join its team as Loan Consultants.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Source, assess and process loan applications
Conduct client due diligence and credit risk assessments
Promote loan products and grow the client portfolio
Manage client relationships and support loan repayments/recoveries
Meet sales, disbursement and portfolio targets

🎓 REQUIREMENTS

Diploma or Degree in Banking, Finance, Business, Accounting or a related field
Experience in sales, lending or microfinance is an added advantage
Strong knowledge of the Solwezi local business environment
Excellent communication, sales and negotiation skills
Must be based in Solwezi or willing to relocate
