LOAN OFFICER

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Promotion: Actively market and sell company loan products to individuals, businesses, and groups
• Portfolio Management: Build, grow, and manage your own clientele portfolio with excellent customer service
• Target Driven: Meet and exceed monthly sales and disbursement targets
• Client Relations: Educate prospects on products, process applications, and maintain strong follow-ups

Requirements

• Must have: Valid NRC and a working smartphone
• Must be: Goal-oriented, ambitious, and self-motivated
• Must be: A resident of Kabwe with full knowledge of the city and surrounding areas
• Education: Grade 12 School Certificate. Proof required
• Added advantage: Diploma or Certificate in Business, Sales, or Marketing.
