ASHOLDY MOBILE ACCESSORIES is looking for a female Shop & Online Sales Assistant in Lusaka.
REQUIREMENTS
- Good English communication
- Able to use WhatsApp Business
- Good customer service and typing skills
- Basic Facebook/social-media selling skills
- Able to record sales and expenses
- Honest, reliable, active and hardworking
- Smart and presentable
- Owns a smartphone (Infinix, TECNO, Samsung or iPhone)
- Female, 18–21 years
- Based in Lusaka
- Grade 12 Certificate
DUTIES
- Attend to customers
- Answer calls and WhatsApp messages
- Handle online orders
- Record sales and expenses
- Arrange stock and prepare parcels
- Keep the shop clean
