Sophon Security Limited is seeking 10 Security Guards to protect company premises, manage event security, support VIP guarding and help ensure the safety of clients, staff and property.
The role requires alertness, discipline and the ability to respond quickly and professionally in different security situations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Guard company premises and ensure safety at all times.
- Monitor movements of people and vehicles within assigned areas.
- Conduct patrols and regular inspections of premises.
- Maintain accurate entry and exit records.
- Report suspicious activities, incidents and safety hazards immediately.
- Enforce security procedures and company policies.
- Assist visitors and provide basic information professionally.
- Safeguard property against theft, vandalism and unauthorised access.
- Maintain discipline, cleanliness and order within the work environment.
- Write daily reports and handover notes for the next shift.
- Provide VIP and event security as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
- Grade 12 Certificate is mandatory.
- Applicants must be aged between 20 and 40 years.
- Previous experience as a Security Guard is an added advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
- Honest, sober-minded and self-motivated.
- Able to work with little to no supervision.
- Physically fit and mentally alert.
- High level of discipline and punctuality.
- Good communication and observation skills.
- Ability to work day or night shifts as required.
