ROLE SUMMARY

NetOne is seeking a results-driven, proactive and customer-focused Sales & Customer Care Associate to join the team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and converting sales opportunities, generating and following up on leads, engaging with customers, achieving assigned sales targets and maintaining accurate sales records and reports.

The candidate will be expected to proactively identify opportunities for business growth, build strong customer relationships and consistently deliver results with minimal supervision.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Sales Target Achievement
Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets.

2. Lead Generation & Customer Conversion
Identify new sales opportunities, generate leads and effectively convert prospects into customers.

3. Customer Follow-Up & Engagement
Maintain consistent and professional communication with prospective and existing customers.

4. Daily, Weekly & Monthly Reporting
Prepare and submit accurate and timely sales reports in line with company requirements.

5. Punctuality, Discipline & Attendance
Maintain excellent attendance, punctuality and adherence to company policies and procedures.

6. Excel, Numerical Accuracy & Data Management
Accurately capture, analyse and manage sales data using Microsoft Excel.

7. Overall Work Ethic & Accountability
Demonstrate initiative, reliability, professionalism, ownership and accountability for assigned responsibilities and results.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Customer Care, Business Administration, Finance, Banking or a related field.
• A Bachelor's degree will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a sales role.
• Proven ability to sell, persuade, negotiate, follow up and successfully close sales.
• Demonstrated ability to work towards and achieve sales targets and performance objectives.
• Microsoft Excel proficiency is mandatory, including the ability to maintain and analyse sales reports.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with the ability to work accurately with figures, targets and sales data.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer engagement skills.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative and deliver results with minimal supervision.
