VACANCY SUMMARY
Front Desk Operators × 4
1. FRONT DESK OPERATOR ×4
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations.
- Provide accurate information about products and services offered.
- Process payments, issue invoices and manage cash/card transactions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and systems.
- Maintain a clean and organised front desk area.
- Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Qualification certified by the Zambian Qualifications Authority (ZQA).
- 2 years' proven experience in administrative or front desk operations within the hospitality industry.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
2. LIFEGUARD / POOL ATTENDANT ×3
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor the pool area to ensure safety and enforce pool rules.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and perform rescues when necessary.
- Maintain pool cleanliness and proper chemical balance.
- Test and regulate pH, chlorine, alkalinity and other chemical levels.
- Prevent unsafe activities and enforce hygiene standards.
- Supervise children and non-swimmers to ensure their safety.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of two (2) years' relevant experience.
- Knowledge of pool chemical management.
- Responsible, alert and attentive to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Certification in Lifesaving, First Aid and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR).
3. BARTENDER ×2
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Engage customers and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage customer tabs and process payments.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area.
- Restock supplies and ingredients as required.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Grade 12 Certificate.
- At least two (2) years' hospitality experience with traceable references.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of drink recipes and mixing techniques.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative, detail-oriented and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to commence work immediately.
4. GENERAL WORKER ×8
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Slash grass, trim hedges, water plants and maintain landscaping.
- Sweep and clear leaves from pathways and parking areas.
- Collect and dispose of waste appropriately.
- Maintain cleanliness of the premises.
REQUIREMENTS
- Must possess a valid NRC.
- Knowledge of gardening and landscaping.
- Physically fit and hardworking.
- Honest, trustworthy and flexible.
- Able to work effectively as part of a team.
5. DISC JOCKEY (DJ) ×3
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create and manage engaging playlists for various occasions.
- Stay updated on music trends and popular genres.
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and report faults.
- Ensure a lively and enjoyable atmosphere during events.
- Coordinate effectively with staff and service providers.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience as a DJ, preferably at events, weddings or entertainment venues.
- Strong knowledge of sound and lighting systems.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Creative with a strong understanding of music trends.
- Reliable, responsible and punctual.
- Ability to adapt to different event styles and client preferences.
6. WILDLIFE ATTENDANT ×1
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Care for and monitor wildlife animals.
- Feed animals according to established schedules and guidelines.
- Observe animal behaviour and report any concerns.
REQUIREMENTS
- Certificate or Diploma in Wildlife Management, Ecotourism, Environmental Science or a related field.
- Knowledge of local wildlife, including animal behaviour, tracks and safety precautions.
- Ability to identify warning signs and distinguish dangerous from harmless animals.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Physically fit and capable of working outdoors.
7. SECURITY GUARD ×8
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct routine patrols of the premises.
- Control access to buildings and events.
- Respond to incidents and emergencies promptly.
- Enforce safety and security regulations.
- Assist visitors, guests and staff when required.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of two (2) years' experience in a corporate or hospitality environment.
- Strong observation and attention-to-detail skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Physically fit, alert and dependable.
- Knowledge of security procedures and protocols.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
