STOCK CONTROLLER / DISPLAY & INVENTORY OFFICER

FULL-TIME • LUSAKA

We are looking for a Stock Controller / Display & Inventory Officer to manage our stock and ensure products are properly displayed, counted, monitored, and delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all products are neatly arranged and attractive on display.
• Monitor product displays and maintain a clean, organised showroom or store.
• Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate stock records.
• Monitor stock levels and notify management when items are running low.
• Receive and check incoming stock.
• Record stock received, issued, sold, or transferred.
• Ensure customer and company deliveries are prepared and dispatched on time.
• Follow up on deliveries and ensure they reach the correct destination.
• Report damaged, missing, or incorrectly recorded stock immediately.
• Assist with general warehouse and stock management duties.

Requirements

• Good organisational and time-management skills.
• Must be responsible, honest, and detail-oriented.
• Good computer skills and ability to work with stock records.
• Previous experience in stock management, warehousing, retail, or inventory control will be an advantage.
• A history in stock management would be necessary
• Grade 12 Results
