SALES OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR

📍 Location: Mongu, Western Province

📄 Contract: 3 Months

NEXTGEN ESSENTIALS is looking for a motivated, organised, computer-literate and results-driven Sales Operations Supervisor to join our growing team in Mongu.

If you have strong organisational skills, enjoy working with people, and can confidently manage sales, inventory and field operations, this opportunity is for you.

🎯 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Supervising and coordinating Field Marketing & Sales Representatives.
• Receiving, recording and managing company inventory.
• Dispatching stock to field sales agents.
• Monitoring daily sales and stock movement.
• Reconciling stock issued, sold and returned.
• Tracking individual and team sales performance against targets.
• Preparing daily and weekly sales and inventory reports.
• Supporting and coordinating field sales activities.
• Ensuring proper accountability for company stock and sales proceeds.
• Providing guidance, motivation and support to field sales agents.
• Maintaining accurate operational and sales records.

✅ REQUIREMENTS

Applicants must have:

• Grade 12 Certificate
• Any IT/ICT-related course or qualification
• Good computer skills
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work with sales and inventory records
• Ability to supervise and coordinate a team
• High levels of honesty, accountability and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Previous experience in sales, inventory management or team supervision will be an added advantage.
