CALL CENTER AGENTS

FULL-TIME • LUSAKA, ZAMBIA

ZMW 3k - ZMW 3.50k / month

WE ARE LOOKING FOR ENERGETIC Fresh graduates who are willing to gain industrial experience to fill the position of Call Centre Intern on a part-time basis to be based in Lusaka.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Grade 12 Certificate
Diploma or certificate in any social science field
Excellent communication skills - both English and any local language are an added advantage
Self-motivated, professional, and willing to learn.

DUTIES

Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
Make outbound calls for follow-ups and Order confirmation
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction
