General Manager - Lusaka
Reports to: Chief Executive Officer | 1 Position
REQUIREMENTS
- Full Grade 12 School Certificate.
- Bachelor's Degree in Insurance, CA, ACCA, CIMA or any business-related field.
- An MBA will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of ten (10) years' relevant experience across Insurance, Investments and Financial Management, with at least five (5) years in senior management or executive leadership.
- In-depth knowledge of the Zambian insurance market, regulatory environment and industry best practices.
- Must meet the Pensions and Insurance Authority (PIA) fit-and-proper requirements for this role.
