Locations: Lusaka & Kitwe Plant

Role Overview

The Team Leader will be responsible for managing and coordinating all brewing operations to consistently produce high-quality products in accordance with company specifications, recipes, and production plans.

The role ensures the effective management of people, processes, equipment, and systems to meet sales demand, quality standards, and operational efficiency targets.

Qualifications

BSc in Engineering, Production Management, or a Science-related field.
