POSITION: SALES ASSISTANT

- Location: Mongu

We are looking for a motivated Sales Assistant to join our team.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Full Grade 12 Certificate (A Diploma will be an added advantage)

- Excellent communication skills

- 1–2 years of experience in a similar role

- Ability to work well under pressure

- Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays

- Experience creating engaging content for social media platforms

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Handle cash transactions accurately

- Learn and maintain knowledge of new products

- Provide excellent customer service

- Assist customers with inquiries and purchases

- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor

- Monitor inventory levels and alert management when stock is low
