HR INTERN

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

- Assist with recruitment and onboarding

- Maintain employee records and databases

- Support training and development

- Assist with HR administration

- Support employee relations and promote a positive workplace culture

- Help prepare HR reports and documentation

- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with HR policies and procedures

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

- Diploma or Degree in HR

- At least one year Experience in HR

- Must hold a valid, current, paid-up membership with the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management (ZIHRM)

- Excellent communication and organisational skills

- Strong attention to detail

- Proficiency in MS Office

- Professional attitude and ability to maintain confidentiality

- Passion for people and helping others
