The Barman will be responsible for delivering excellent bar service, preparing drinks to standard, and ensuring a clean, well-managed, and welcoming bar environment for all guests.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages

Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar

Provide friendly, professional customer service at all times

Monitor stock levels and report shortages in advance

Ensure responsible service of alcohol

Handle guest orders efficiently and accurately

Maintain hygiene and safety standards

Support restaurant service when required

Requirements

Minimum 2 years experience as a barman (hotel experience preferred)

Knowledge of cocktails and beverage preparation

Strong customer service and communication skills

Well-presented and professional

Honest, reliable, and able to work flexible shifts

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
